I'm the Master of my Health (2)

Jogging barefoot, walking with two sticks or bumping the wall every day... no matter what form of exercising you are doing, it does good to your body all the same. The three people in this show regained their health and vitality successfully due to the fact that they are persistent in doing exercises. Generally speaking, if you have chronic health problem for ten years, it takes at least one year to get rid of the problem if you start to exercise regularly now.
