Easiest Way to Alleviate Eye Stress and Improve Eyesight
Here is how to do it:
Hold your left thumb with your right thumb and index finger. Press down on one of the 3 acupressure points with your right thumb nail. Gradually add pressure until you feel the sensation of soreness. Hold there for a couple of minutes, then move to the next point. When you are done with the three points on the left hand, change to the right hands. Repeat 3 times.
Do this practice at least 2 times a day. The more the better. You can do it anytime, anywhere: when watching TV, waiting for the green light, waiting for the checkout, ...
